Area Agency on Aging (AAA) - The Area Agency on Aging in Liberty County helps older Texans (60+), their family members and/or other caregivers receive the information and assistance they need in locating and accessing community services.

Mental Retardation Authorities (MRA) - MRAs offer each county in Texas community-based services for persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities or a pervasive developmental disorder. The MRA also provides enrollment services to people who are eligible for certain Medicaid-funded services and supports.
